The files shown on the product page, ready to use: a design you can edit, a video template, website files, the full source code, an app, an eBook or a spreadsheet. Each product page says what is inside and which apps open it.

It is written on every product page. Spreadsheets open in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or WPS Office. Design and video files say which app they are made for. Code comes with a short read-me that tells you how to run it.

They open in your library on templates.kvai.in the moment the payment goes through. You also get an email with the link. Log in with the same email on any phone or computer and download them again whenever you like.

Only your email. We send a 6-digit code to it, you type the code and you are in. No password to remember. Before your first purchase we ask for your name and WhatsApp number so we can reach you if a payment gets stuck.

Debit or credit card, UPI, net banking and wallets. Payments go through a secure, bank-grade checkout. We never see your card details or UPI PIN.

Yes, in your own work and in work you make for a client. Please do not resell the files or share them as they are.

Yes. Change the words, colours, pictures and code as much as you like. Nothing is locked.

Digital files cannot be returned, so there is no refund once a file has been downloaded. If you were charged and the file never opened, tell us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.
