Privacy

What we keep

• Your email, because that is your login.
• Your name and WhatsApp number, which you give once before your first download, so we can reach you if a payment gets stuck or a file needs to be resent. City is optional.
• Your library and orders: which files you downloaded or bought, when, and the order and payment ids from the checkout.
• Login codes are kept only as a one-way hash for ten minutes.

What we do not keep

• Card numbers, UPI ids or bank details. Our payment partner handles the payment and keeps that information under its own privacy policy.
• Passwords. There are none.
• Your IP address in our records. Visit statistics keep only the page, the city and the device type.

How we use it

To log you in, to give you the files you bought, to send the login code and the receipt, and to answer when you ask for help. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else. We may send you an email about new templates now and then; every such email has an unsubscribe line.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you logged in. It holds a random token, nothing about you, and it stays until you log out or for 180 days.

Email

Our emails go out from hi@kvai.in through our mail provider, Hostinger.

Your choices

To change your name, number or city, open My library. To delete your account and its history, email hi@kvai.in from the same address; we delete it within 7 days. Your receipts are kept as long as the law on business records requires.
