Refunds and cancellation

The short version

A digital file cannot be returned once it is downloaded, so there is no refund for a file you have downloaded. If you paid and could never download the file, you get your money back.

When we refund

• The payment went through but the file never appeared in your library, and we could not fix it within 2 working days.
• You were charged twice for the same file.
• The file is broken and we cannot send you a working copy.

When we do not refund

• You downloaded the file and then changed your mind.
• You bought the wrong file by mistake and have already downloaded it. (If you have not downloaded it, message us within 24 hours and we will move the payment to the right one.)
• The file did not suit a purpose it was never described for.

How to ask

Message +91 76781 20635 on WhatsApp or email hi@kvai.in within 7 days of the payment. Send the email you logged in with and the order id from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back to the same UPI id, card or bank account you paid from. The bank usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show it.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel: a purchase completes the moment the payment goes through, and the file is yours at once. Free downloads can simply be deleted from your device.
