Who we are

KVai Templates (templates.kvai.in) is run by KVai Solutions, New Delhi, India. When you log in or buy a template here, these terms apply.

What you are buying

Every product is a digital file: an Excel workbook (.xlsx), sometimes a Word file (.docx), a PDF or a ZIP of files. Nothing is shipped. After payment the file is added to your library on templates.kvai.in and you download it from there. You can download it again later from the same account.

What you may do with a file

• Use it for your own home, office, shop or business, on as many of your own devices as you like.
• Change it, add sheets and formulas, and export or share what you need for your own use.
• Share invoices and reports made with it with your customers and your accountant.

What you may not do

• Sell, rent or give away the file itself, or upload it to any website, group or drive for others to download.
• Remove the KVai Templates name from the file and sell or pass the work off as your own.
• Use the designs to make a competing product.

If you want a licence for something bigger, such as using a template inside an app or selling a product built on it, write to hi@kvai.in.

Accounts

You log in with an email and a one-time code. Keep your email account safe: anyone who can read it can log in here. We may close an account that shares files or abuses the service.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown on the product page before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partner, a licensed payment gateway. We never see your card number or UPI PIN. If a payment is taken but the file does not appear in your library within a few minutes, message us with the email you used and we will fix it.

Refunds

See the refund rules at /refunds. In short: digital files cannot be returned, so there is no refund once a file has been downloaded. If you were charged and could never download the file, we refund.

Our responsibility

The files are provided as they are. We check them, but we cannot promise they suit every purpose. The money and GST sheets are tools, not tax or investment advice: check the rules that apply to you with your accountant, and treat the goal projections as estimates, not promises.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of New Delhi.
